The Emerald Grand

Half pound of Snow Crab, Dungeness Crab, Peel and Eat shrimp, mussels, and clams. Served with Conecuh Sausage corn, new potatoes, a hush puppy, a garnish of slaw, cocktail and one clarified butter for dipping.

Ahi Tuna Appetizer

Sushi-grade ahi tuna coated with sesame seeds and seared rare. Served with wontons, garlic teriyaki and soy sauce.

Stuffed Gator Bites

A mixture of gator meat, cheese, stuffing, and Cajun spices, fried and served with remoulade sauce for dipping.

Cajun Crack Shrimp
